Subscription Rescheduling
When a coach has available time, subscription students may reschedule 1 lesson per subscription lesson per month, 48 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time.

Each student in a family gets their own reschedules, so it is simple for an entire family to reschedule a week of lessons.

When a coach has available time, each student who buys a lesson may reschedule 1 lesson per month, 48-hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time, no questions asked.

Why 48 Hours in Advance?
The 48 hours in advance notice is to provide the coach ample time to coordinate with another student to take the rescheduled time slot, or find another activity to make money during the planned lesson time.

Is This Policy Normal?
Our policy of 1 reschedule per month is 75% more reschedules than the lesson studio industry standard where 1 reschedule is allowed per 4 months, and sometimes none at all. We are able to offer this feature to our students through reduced costs based on being remote for lessons, and by making sure our coaches have 48-hours notice.
Can Coaches Reschedule Lessons?
