Student Emergency

If a student or a member of the student's family has a medical emergency during a lesson, the student is encouraged to leave the lesson immediately and will receive a 50% refund for the lesson.

Why Only a Partial Refund?

Because the coach showed up for the lesson and booked time out of their teaching and music-making schedule for the lesson, they need to be paid for their time and for showing up.

Coach Emergency

If a coach or a member of a coach's family has a medical emergency during a lesson, the coach is encouraged to leave the lesson immediately and will forfeit the lesson fee. The lesson fee will be refunded to the student minus $4.00 to cover the cost of refund fees paid to Stripe.

Why Only a Partial Refund?

Because the coach showed up for the lesson and booked time out of their teaching and music-making schedule for the lesson and was present for some of the duration of the lesson.
