Subscription students may cancel 1 lesson per subscription lesson per month, 48 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time.

Why 48 Hours in Advance?
The 48 hours in advance notice is to provide the coach ample time to coordinate with another student to take the cancelled time slot, or find another activity to make money during the planned lesson time.
Is This Policy Normal?
Our policy of 1 cancellation per month is 100% more cancellations than the lesson studio industry standard where 0 cancellations are allowed per 4 months. We are able to offer this feature to our students through reduced costs based on being remote for lessons, and by making sure our coaches have 48-hours notice.
Can Coaches Cancel Lessons?
Yes, Coaches can cancel lessons anytime up to 5 minutes before the lesson starts. The student is not charged for the lesson that the coach cancels.
Why so Close to the Lesson Start Time?
Coaches are people who have families, children, friends, pets, and property. Sometimes, emergencies happen and a coach will need to step away to take care of the situation. The student is not charged for the lesson that the coach cancels.
